Pork Back Ribs

Enjoy Kelseys tender, fall-off-the bone pork back ribs at home! Marinated in our delicious BBQ and Apple Butter BBQ sauce. Our ribs are ready-to-eat, straight from your oven or grill to your table!

For best results, thaw ribs before cooking. Do not refreeze. Submerge ribs in cold water for 5 minutes or in the refrigerator for about TO THAW: 8 hours without removing from the bag.

BARBECUE

1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
2. Remove ribs from the bag.
3. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, if thawed, or for 14 to 16 minutes, if frozen, turning at mid-cooking.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Remove ribs from the bag.
3. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place ribs on top.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, if thawed, or for 20 to 25 minutes, if frozen. Baste ribs with sauce halfway through cooking if desired.
