Over 70 Kelseys Heart of House KREW submitted their BEST burger for a chance to be featured on the menu and win cash!
On April 12th 2023, Kelseys Original Roadhouse hosted our annual Burger Battle at the Recipe home office.
Five Kelseys KREW finalists competed for a chance to be featured on the menu and win $1,000! We had a panel of judges critiquing on flavour profile, creativity and ease of execution.
After some fun on the flattop, Geoffrey Moss from Kelseys Vaughan came in first place for his creation — The Loaded Burger! A huge congratulations to Geoffrey, along with our other 2023 finalists Adam, Ryan, Brandon and Darin.

Kelseys was Geoffrey's first job 9 years ago! Inspiration for his burger comes from his love of all loaded items. He is passionate about being a Kitchen Manager and ability to create dishes that people love.

Adam’s favourite item to cook on the Kelseys menu is the chicken alla bourbon pasta. The inspiration for Adam’s entry is 'comfort food'.

Darin has been working at Kelseys for 12 years! Darin has a love for pickles and is always looking to incorporate pickles into his dishes.
